Hi, Yesterday I completed the latest upgrade to Account Right Plus 2014.

After doing so, I am unable to complete a successful sync of my offline file or a back up.

I have deleted the files in the folder, as suggested by the MYOB help notes, but still no luck.I have also searched the forums for information & found the only post with this same issue seemed to be resolved privately between the MYOB customer & the MYOB support team. Like most Windows applications, Acrobat and Reader use Microsoft Windows Installer technology for installing updates. If the update fails, you can get one of the following Microsoft Installer errors. Adobe updates the list as it learns more solutions to common errors. If your error is not listed here, you can check Windows Installer Error Messages on the Microsoft site.See Error 1327 | "Invalid Drive" | Install | CS4, CS5, Acrobat, Reader.
